CNC Machining
We have advanced 60 sets of CNC machines, including swiss screw CNC machines, CNC lathe, CNC mill turn, 3~5 axis CNC milling machines.
Sheet Metal fabrication
Including stamping, punching, bending, and sheet metal fabrication by progressive die. Tonage of Punch press range from 10~160T, thickness of sheet metal within 4mm.
EDM
We have Quick / Slow- feeding wire cut machines, suitable for machining hardened metal materials, parts with complex structure and etc.
Gear Manufacturing
We have CNC Gear hobbing machines, are able to manufacture lots type of steel, plastic gears. Also we have well cooperated suppliers that have CNC gear-shapping machines, suitable for manufacturing high precision and complex gears or spline shafts.
Die casting
We are able to build die casting molds within 5T, and have well cooperated supplier has die casting machines with tonages range from 160~1200T, suitable for Aluminum, zinc alloy parts die casting.
Powder Metallurgy
We offer powder metallurgy services based on our sources, to form parts with up to 9 levels enables us to produce metal parts with complex geometries.
Designing Services
We have more than 10 well experienced engineers that are able to make 2D, 3D technical drawings, usually it is free, or we can deduct designing fee from volume production.
Finishing Services
The finishing services we provide includes sand blasting, anodizing, electroplating, heat treatment, brushing, silk printing, laser mark and etc.
About Us
AP MFG was founded in 2012, which is a manufacturing company specialized in machining metal and engineering plastic components for many industries, the main businesses are CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication and die casting. In order to help our customers with one-stop services for some parts need special machining processes, we also developed many well cooperated suppliers for manufacturng processes like powder metallurgy, EDM, and surface finishing processes.
Our plants passed ISO 9001:2015 certification, and have 5,000+ square meters owned industry park. We have advanced imported facilities like Mazak/STAR CNC machines, and CMM inspection machines. In addition, 80+ skilled workers inside, among whom there are 20+ experienced engineers, as well as well-trained technical staffs, all these make us are very capable to fulfill customers’ projects quickly with good quality.
